The only honest thing said by Obama about ACA: Im really good at killing people.
If he’s doing health stuff I wish he’d give his opinion about advanced glycation end products (AGEs). Critically important for older people and people with diabetes it appears to me; but only recently investigated vis-a-vis its impact on health.
Just yesterday my wife asked me if was going to get the flu shot here in Japan and I said NO . She works at a “ nursing home “ in town and was told she must get one because she works around old folks .
Also , Kumamoto , where I live , is famous for its horse meat , usually eaten raw with soy sauce , and other condiments . It’s OK , but I can live without it .
“Wilbur! put down that chain saw!”
“Also , Kumamoto , where I live , “

I am sure it is. I do not remember what I paid when I upgraded. If one wants radio programs, it is worth whatever they ask. They should, however, give me some commission credit, as much as I tout it. ;)
How ya doin’, Mr. Jogger?
Dealing with the commie takeover, as we all are.
Still free for 1 show at a time, but it costs 39.95 now to record more than one at a time and even then you can only do 5 shows or you have to pay even more, still a good investment tho, not complaining really.
I don’t know what AGEs is. Can it be explained in a few lines?
I haven’t gotten a flu shot yet this year. I could go either way. I usually don’t get them, but have a friend who is a great believer in them. And I guess they’re recommended for people like me with autoimmune diseases and frail health. Last year he scared me into it by telling me that I didn’t want the flu to bollix up my moving plans. And I certainly didnt. I had to be out of the old apartment by a certain date, the vehicle was reserved and so on.He was also helping me move. 10 days after the move, just as I was getting settled in, I came down with a cold that turned into pneumonia, which isn’t unusual for me. But at least it wasn’t flu.
My friend gave an explanation reminiscent of the Obama administration talking about the economy—”it would have been worse if you hadn’t gotten the shot.”
