I don’t think they knew anything particularly damaging, other than that this could probably have been done long ago and Obama didn’t do it until it became politically expedient for him.

But I do think that Obama’s AQ buddies had demanded a blood payment for the death of Osama. Probably a lot of money had changed hands, too, hence the name “Extortion 17.” It’s certainly not impossible that an Afghani suicide bomber had gotten himself onto the flight, but it was most certainly an ambush and they had no chance. For one thing, the ROE forbade them from firing.

Not to mention that obama has had a personal vendetta going with the Navy SEALs since the day they shot one of his pet somali pirates in a gambit that came VERY close to disobeying a direct order from obama himself. They came within a hair's breadth of being technically insubordinate and they saved the life of an American ship captain. obama has not forgiven the humiliation and has taken every opportunity to expose the SEALs to unnecessary danger and set them up for either death or ridicule. NEVER underestimate the evil and vindictive hatred this man carries.
