The militia was supposed to be subservient to the people “well-regulated” but the right of the people to keep and bear arms “shall not be infringed”.
If asking for a driver’s license infringes on someone’s right to vote, then registering guns and requiring background checks certainly infringes on someone’s 2A rights.

Well-regulated in that context means “well-trained or well-maintained” not controlled by government.

The gov't rarely does anything well.
Even with the new meaning of "regulated", that the gov't is involved in the regulation precludes anything becoming "well regulated".

The fact is that all Constitutional rights are regulated, always have been, and need to be. Obviously, he doesn't understand the Bill of Rights and why they were given to us. Not by his government but by the Founding Fathers of this country. He may need to go back and take a refresher civics course.

“The fact is that all Constitutional rights are regulated ...”
The preamble to the Bill of Rights hold that the Bill of Rights regulate the rest of the Constitution.

This Government under Obama and the fools he is associated with are not thinking of regulation, but confiscation.
They want the weapons so they can control us the way all regimes before have controlled the unarmed.
If this man who writes this publication cannot see that then he is a fool and no one should continue to read his tripe.

I remember reading a post a while back that pretty much all of the outdoor/gun media were being bought up by a leftie billionaire. Related?

Lots of folks are ‘acting weird’ lately.
Maybe NSA found photos of him in a compromising position.
That’s how Marxists roll.
Keep in mind folks, the USA government has been captured by Moslem Communists.
We’re in uncharted territory.

From that RIGHT comes my RIGHT to self-defense.
From that RIGHT comes my RIGHT to bear arms.

Stop buying Guns and Ammo magazine.
Cancel your subscription if you have one.
Write the magazine and let them know that you are cutting them off.
