The winner of all Presidents from Reagan to today could speak coherently and had a charisma about them. Reagan, Bush I (first election and looked old next to Clinton), Clinton, Bush II (come on his was way more charismatic then Gore and Kerry) and Obama (Next to Romney, he is very charismatic.
