I don’t see how postponing the thing for a year is going to make any difference. That means this mess we see now gets pushed into next October before the elections. Dems voted for it. I think they will have to simply live with it and let the chips fall.

Louisiana has bounced around with their ‘Jungle’ primary system. The last
change occurred in 2010 when Gov. Jindal signed a HB 292 into law.
