Comcast carries it.

I really have to figure out the parental control feature to remove remove it from my TV, along with those darn foreign language channels.

Why not recruit in Afganistan amongst the Tliban for news anchors or perhaps in Iraq and find an Al Qaeda news anchor? Welcome to the Twilight Zone of Liberal Insanity.

DirecTV has had it for a couple of months, I have yet to turn it on. Not sure what channel it is. Easy to ignore, like the homo channel, BET, Oprah, MTV, CNN MSNBC etc... That all spout liberal garbage, and praise Obama 24/7.

The customer service department at TW can block any channel you request and substitute something else. Sometimes you even get a discount. I did that when I wanted the Fox Business Channel. I gave up something that we never wanted and got a small discount in exchange.

I’ll ask for money back if they try to force Al Jazeera on me.

They can’t be any worse than MSNBC. Probably have higher journalistic standards to boot.

What is the big deal..I have it but have never been there..I see no difference from what we have as so called news and Al Jazeera America..MSNBC along with all the other news outlets. is a Obama love fest ever day all day and I am willing to bet he watches Al Jazeera America all day..We have a Communist Muslim for president who is destroying this great country and no one is doing a thing about it..

Al Jazeera America finds it easier to get exposure than did Fox in its day.

Meet the Lawyer Who Strikes Fear in the U.S. Cable Industry

Melinda Witmer Is Time Warner Cable’s Top Negotiator

Time Warner Cable in recent years has taken an aggressive position on retaining increasingly valuable digital rights to TV programming, while also pushing back at rising sports-programming costs and fees for broadcast networks. Since 2010, Time Warner Cable has been in more blackout disputes with broadcasters than any other cable operator, according to data from the American Television Alliance, although Time Warner Cable lags satellite TV firms Dish Network Corp. and DirecTV

A lawyer who joined the media industry in 1994 with a job at HBO, she moved to Time Warner Cable in 2001.
