In my column yesterday I explain that the Obamacare fail was baked in for political reasons, foremost among them, the need to keep the public from learning that the Tea Party critics were right. Obama knew he couldn't be re-elected if people learned what Obamacare was. He also knew it was not ready to be launched. The White House tactic was to keep the Obamacare regs and prices secret from the public, which meant the website could not be constructed properly. Each day brings more news proving the administration's political motivations that made failure inevitable and acceptable to them.
Over the weekend HHS Sect. Kathleen Sebelius admitted in an interview: "The online insurance marketplace needed five years of construction and a year of testing, she said. "We had two years and almost no testing."
Sebelius is saying she needed a delay of four years to get the system up and running.
A delay of four years is an admission of complete failure. The Administration chose to launch a chaotic mess. Their actions have thrown millions of Americans out of their health care plans and their jobs, and could potentially bankrupt the insurance industry (says angry Obamacare advocate and New York Times reporter Ross Douthat).
Obamacare's empowering a federal bureaucracy to centrally plan a new health care system for America was very much like one of Stalin's Five-Year-Plans or Mao's Great Leap Forward............

Where do they go now to reclaim their healthcare?
How could they make that fly?

So. Does she admit that she lied in all her public appearances as an official representative of the government, in her responses to the Congressional Panels and so on?
If so, she broke several Federal Laws. Why has she not been arrested?

You had to deploy it to see what was in it. What a total mess.
Anyone who knows anything about IT knows knows how important testing is. You never go into production without thorough testing and then re-testing whatever fixes were made as a result of the original testing.
She is not the only one. There have been others testifying before Congress who kept saying everything is fine, we are on schedule, no problems.
On top of this incredible admission of FAILURE,
in the insurance industry, a LOT CHANGES ACROSS FOUR YEARS.
Plans come and go, plans change, companies leave and are created, insurance regs change, insurance laws change, certifications change...
with obamacare written with so many rules and ways to implement details AT THE SECRETARY’S DIRECTION,
imagine the changes necessary to the system when these directives are actually translated into reality in the website. ANd the changes they would require and the testing they would require. You know they’d be changing them every few weeks to tweak or fall back from because they aren’t working as they knew they would.
they would be changing stuff ALL THE TIME anyway across four years. it would be changing all throughout the entire YEAR.

Yes, but the ACA stipulates, dozens of times, many aspects of the implementation is “at her discretion”.....she needs to be imprisoned.

The more you think about this, the more you realize that they KNEW this wasn’t ready. That would explain obama’s brinkmanship in the debt ceiling argument. He was willing to allow the Republicans to go as far as taking us over the cliff in order to blame them for the collapse of the entire economy, including obamacare. You are right! This is criminal and heads should roll over this.
And the MSM are willing accomplices to this deceit.
