It is true that it takes 67 votes to ratify it. But as far as implementing it goes, being ratified or not does not matter, all the administration has to say is that they intend to follow the spirit of the treaty. If you don’t believe that, check out the Koyoto Treaty. That was never ratified, but that is what U.N. Agenda 21 was based on and City, States, and County, Governments have and are implementing provisions of it in their future plans. Look for phrases such as, “Sustainable growth”, or “Sustainable _———”

It looks like every Republican signed it other than MARK KIRK. Congrats on being worse than Susan Collins, Mark. Piece of ****. The rest are all liberal democrats, OF COURSE they aren't for the Constitution, duh.

5 dems signed it. 4 facing reelection next year in states Obama lost, surprise surprise. Begich, Hagan, Landrieu, Pryor. All pond scum. The 5th is Manchin, he was for gun control legislation after that shooting in CT. I thank them nothing. You don't deserve a "thank you" for simply not being in favor of a communist treaty.
