They are asking for your date of birth, Social Security Number, Bank Routing and Checking Account Numbers... An ID thefts dream.

One good thing I can say about China. They would take this guy out and shoot him. They do it to bank presidents, corporate executives, etc. No favoritism; this sort of thing is not taken lightly.
Well this would not have happened had the Federal Government not passed an ex-post facto law on SS.
My card, as originally issued (and no the numbers were not Roman Numerals) states quite clearly it is NOT to be used for ID purposes.
Now about the only thing you can buy without giving up your SS number is a McDonalds Hamburger.
