I say 20 Repubs in the House & 3 Repubs in the Senate

The vote count is meaningless. GOP leadership will "release" extra votes they don't need to pass the bill, to protect their incumbents from primaries. All they need is the bill to pass by one one vote. So don't let an incumbent off the hook just because they vote no -- Boehner or McConnell probably gave them a permission slip to appear more conservative than they actually are.
