I'm bitterly disappointed by this surrender.
The Senate, including Ted Cruz, has acquiesced in an internal coup.
There's no way to sugar coat it.
0bama is now a tyrant and a dictator. The only way to challenge him directly is to force him to violate his constitutional oath to guarantee the full faith and credit of the US and default.
He can then be impeached.
We need a congress with the guts to go the mat with this thug and make sure that he understands the implications.

“Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) echoed that message.
“I hope it is another 15 years at least before we have to go through this exercise again,” McCain said. “We're in a hole, we have to dig out and come up with a positive
agenda.”””
The only good thing is that in 15 years we are pretty much guaranteed that this traitorous POS will be dead.

Ted will be fully vindicated by the time obamacare finishes rolling out. Open enrollment at most companies has barely begun. Wait until people start finding out their employers are kicking them onto the exchange or they switch to a new plan that doesn’t have their doctor on it. Wait until they see their new premiums and deductibles. Wait until the Medicare Advantage patients start losing their supplemental coverage. Oh, and those 20-somethings? Do you really think they’re going to sign up? Heck, that $300-$400 per month is a student loan or car payment. Besides, they can stay on mom and dad’s plan for a while. If dems think their rat constituents are not going to be affected by this, they are truly delusional.

The whole defund thing was stupid to begin with. Two, quite large, roadblocks stood in the way (Reid/Obama). There was no reason to think or believe that we could overcome them. None. Our best bet to repeal this monstrosity is to do it by taking the Senate and winning the WH. Will that be hard? Very. But it’s our only true shot.

More Government Spending = Deeper Hole

"I hope it is another 15 years at least before we have to go through this exercise again," McCain said. "We're in a hole, we have to dig out and come up with a positive agenda." I'm sorry, McLame. Are you talking about the country as a whole or are you talking about your pathetic GOPe surrender monkeys?
How do you dig out of a hole when you keep digging it deeper?

The deal reached by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) would fund the government through Jan. 15 and raise the debt-ceiling until February. It would require income verification for subsidies under ObamaCare, but otherwise leave the helathcare law untouched. Funny, nothing in this sentence says "compromise" to me. What did the Dems give up?

"We left a lot on the table because we couldn't get our act together, but this is the best Mitch could do," said Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), who will vote for the deal. "We need to stop the bleeding, lessen the damage to the party." FULG and FUGOPe. McConnell's "best" isn't good enough. Primary his ass out.

So when do we burn Cruz and Lee in effigy for caving?
I am joking.
To: Sub-Driver
If they are all going to cave including cruz then why just raise debt ceiling to february? So the pubs can go thru this charade again and the debacle will be even fresher in voters minds in the 2014 elections? What is the goal of all this if there are no dem concessions?
