Who is going to want to take minimum wage job where they have to break up fights. Also what happens if they break it up and the combatants then sue them for excessive force?

The bus driver probably didn’t do anything because being blamed/disciplined/fired for inaction probably was a more attractive option to being sued for breaking up a fight. Now criminal charges are being filed against him and the students.

Not to be cruel, but Dylan Fonner’s hair makes him a natural target for bullying.

The words “school for children with behavioral issues” makes me wonder.

Sons of Barrack (SOBs). I grew up near Chester. It was a hell hole 40 years ago and it must be worse today. Chester-Upland school district is massively in debt, spending tens of milions beyond their means and is one of the five worst performing school districts in PA (out of 500 or so school districts). I seriously doubt there is a union thug teacher that can speak the American language. PA's solution to this problem is simple. Make a deal with that fat liberal governor across the river to give Philadelphia and Chester to NJ in trade for staying out of national politics.

As for the attack in the video, all I can write is what do you expect? Most whites fled Chester long ago. It's a shame the few remaining can't find a way to get out.
