Scrapping that medical device tax will truly help the little people who are to be tyrannized by obamacare. S/

Yes. It's for their K Street lobbyist pals who they hope to join asap.

Ironic, isn’t it?

The GOP complained that obamacare waivers only helped big business, not the individual.

But according to this, they have whittled down their proposals - by negotiating against themselves - to scrapping a tax that is levied against medical device manufacturers, without a peep about the suffering individual Americans.

I’m aware that taxes are passed down to consumers, but the issue at hand is that individual Americans are subject to a mandate that has been postponed for big business - under the GOP’s own proposal.

And that’s only in the House.

The Senate couldn’t be bothered with anything other than caving to the almighty Reid/Obama.

This is what passes for “conservativism” these days. It doesn’t deserve the word. It isn’t even watered down conservativism.

It’s nothing.

A big, fat zero.

Mark Levin makes the point daily. What does the Republican party stand for?

His answer sums it up. They are the STATUS QUO Republicans.

Whatever the STATUS QUO is (driven by the Left’s agenda), the Republicans end up preserving it.
