Immigration activists chained themselves to buses and blocked an entrance to a federal courthouse in Tucson, Ariz., today, halting immigration proceedings that could have resulted in deportations.

Protesters forced two buses carrying detainees on their way to court for immigration cases to stop for over four hours beginning about 8 a.m., after they locked themselves to the vehicles five minutes from the Evo A. DeConcini U.S. Courthouse. Another six protesters chained themselves to gates at a vehicle entrance at the court.

On Monday, the group plans to engage in civil disobedience to shut down U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Phoenix office, Franco said.So illegal aliens have taken it upon themselves to interfere with official gov business and the U.S. Gov sit out there for 4 hours pleading with illegal aliens (U.S. Marshals negotiate with protest leaders ) So the Gov found it's self helpless for 4 hours from be afraid to arrest illegal aliens. If this were say white Americans arrests would have come very fast without the need to beg and plead and they would negotiate with protest leaders either. Illegals are breaking laws with few if any consequences. So far they all get asylum, they leave America, enter Mexico laughing and smiling after about an hour thet re-enter the U.S.claiming their lives are in danger with only spending 30 minutes or less to say Mexico is so dangerous. It was not dangerous when they walked the streets of Mexico telling the countryb yes we can. Obama is kicking a lot them loose. Many lived for years in Mexico or were deported, at the boder non this matters.Catch and release

It’s not civil disobedience, it’s felony obstruction of justice.

There is no “Right to Invade” the United States, and especially no such right reserved only for the citizens of Mexico.

Seven words you may hear directed to lawabiding Americans at a US monument, but never at an illegal criminalien gathering:
“Stop or you will be fired upon.”

Isn't this kind of like rats lobbying against rat poison?

The blocking of court proceedings here in Arizona is a big joke. No matter what the court decides, the illegals will disregard the decision and carry on as usual, draining the state dry with their welfare demands.

If these *ssholes are so big on immigration, they might give a thought to all the countless foreigners who went through the process and patiently waited their turn.

In fact, though, the the lives of these imbeciles are so pointless and boring that they just want to make a spectacle of themselves.

So they chained themselves to whatever. Blast them with a good dose of CS gas and I bet those chaines come off pronto, if not, watch them turn inside out.

The alien invader is engaging in an ongoing conquest of the United States

A lot of people think that's hyperbole.

It's not. It's exactly what is happening.

The Mexicans know it and they say: whatcha gonna do about it, gringo coward?

In their culture, failure to resist means you're a coward and ripe for the taking.

The Mexican government and their Fellow Travelers in our government know this and exploit the civil rights laws to squelch any opposition.

No other sane country on the planet lets itself be invaded.

Our policy is clearly NOT sane.

I’m going to work at a detention center Monday. We are supposed to be targeted for protests. No deportations will take place Monday because of it.

How nice. You have to be surreptitious about enforcing the law.

Wonder if Judge Broomfield will issue a restraining order against the Mexican terrorist organizations trying to intimidate you. Or perhaps appoint a “monitor” to make sure you don’t do anything mean to them, like arrest them for violent obstruction of justice.

Let’s be clear here. Don’t call these people “illegal aliens”. Call them what they are: “Mexican citizens” and “Americans that advocate open borders”.

This boils down to a simple equation. Citizens of another country, that reject their home country, for whatever reason, have come to America demanding undeserved benefits from Americans.

You would reject the idea that homeless people could sneak into your house, and take and use your stuff, demanding a “right” to do so. And they are homeless only because they don’t like *their* home, and want to live in yours.

Actually I’ve thought about it and the ante should be raised.

Charge them with Terrorism.

I was born and raised in Tucson, my grandfather was the police chief. Were he to be there now he would not have hesitated to use armed force against ANYONE doing this, and ruthlessly so.

The guy had stared down the Nazi Party leadership in Czechoslovakia, a few Mexican agitators he would not have thought twice about.

And that’s the point: U.S. law enforcement has been neutered. Before 1970, the Mexicans were terrified of U.S. law enforcement and rightfully so. The Border Patrol in the 50’s and 60’s made Zero apologies.

The Tucson Police routinely stopped and arrested anyone who looked the part; spoke Spanish with no English, it didn’t matter. You’d see them pulled over on Speedway with a TPD car behind them and a green BP van behind that.

The driver was arrested and handed over directly to the BP if he couldn’t provide a passport with a visa. They didn’t waste time, off they went to Nogales and that was it: walked them to the Mexican side and adios, don’t come back.

Once the Mexican terrorist organizations got a foothold in the late 60’s - La Raza Unida, LULAC, MEChA - they used violence, intimidation, the courts and the Democratic Party to stop enforcement of the laws.

So it isn’t “civil disobedience”. It’s terrorism.

Somebody needs to holler “DOG!” - that ought to result in about 20 of them being shot by the cops...

I agree.

What it’s going to amount to is about 20 of us sitting at our desks all day tomorrow with nothing to do for 8 hours.
