That is, if anyone even noticed. No riots have happened. If there was an honest-to-goodness threat, the situation might have been different with actual riots going on.

It will take some time to get the anger built up. They'll sit and feed off each other for a little while first. Blaming the man. Then a spark and then all hell will break loose. Not everyone on EBT is going to riot. it's going to be the usual (Amish) suspects.

Not necessarily .. it’s Saturday - nobody gets up early.
It’s only 3 pm on the east coast .. lots of time left for riots - after it turns dark.
