D.C. High School Will Consider Banning Redskins Clothing
The principal of Wilson High School in Washington, D.C. will discuss with the school's students a potential ban on Redskins clothing.
“I do plan on having a discussion with my student council officers and representative to get their take on this idea,” Wilson High School principal Pete Cahall said, according to WJLA.com.

The Redskins were once the Boston Braves. they were renamed the Redskins to honor their coach, Wilie “Lone Star” Dietz, a Sioux, a graduate of the Carlisle Indian School and a former teammate of Jim Thorpe. Why are these haters hating on Willie?

Note to the school: Once you start down this path you will rapidly find that if you look long and hard enough (and sometimes not very long nor hard at all) you will find someone who is offended by just about anything. Once you start down this path then determining what is/is-not allowed will dominate the time and resources of the school administration and school board. You are going to be deluged with petty complaints and requests to "make Becky stop wearing ..." So hey, if that's how you want to waste your time and set an example of trampling freedom for your students great, go for it. Or you could say it is not your problem and go back to haggling over budgets like every other administration and board.

This principal isn’t being harmed in any way by the name Redskins, but he takes it upon himself to decide for the world what is wrong and right.
One student approaches him and he takes on this BS as a Don Quixote jousting at windmills. Just tell that student to mind his own business.
The Left looks for an issue, any issue, and throws it out there to see if they can get any mileage out of it.
Manipulating guilt, manipulating anger, and manipulating envy is the source of their power.
