REP. PETER KING (R-NY): Andrea, this is the strategy of Ted Cruz and going back to mid-September, I said that Ted Cruz was a fraud, that there was a dead-end to this policy and it made no sense to follow it. John Boehner also told us in early September that it would be the wrong thing to do to shut down the government in an attempt to defund Obamacare. Unfortunately, we have three or four dozen Republicans in the House, Cruz Republicans, who basically threatened to bring the House down if John Boehner did not pursue this policy. John knew it was not doing to work, but he felt he had no choice. I understand his position.

Might as well pull the plug on that and run candidates under a Conservative Party banner, and make sure it really is conservative and not CINO (the Canadian or UK version of RINO).

Uhhh, no. The RiNO's are the 1930's "Me-Too'ers" who capitulated to Franklin Roosevelt's Big Government Socialism. Their motto was "go along to get along", and it was pure, butt-licking cravenness. Something that was pointed out by the marketarian paleocons like Frank Meyer, William Rusher, Murray Rothbard, and William F. Buckley.

In the long run, the paleocons are right, and the Fabians are the lying con-men; and therefore the RiNO "Me-Too'ers" (or Rockefeller Republicans, or Dole-Bushmen or whatever you want to call them) are the real losers, being patsies for history's grubby losers, the Fabians.

No, just another New York carpet bagger. Texas and the South has seen their share of them in the past.

Secede and let the South Rise Again.

Ted Cruz: Leader of the Republican Party?
CBS News ^ | October 11, 2013 | by Rebecca Kaplan

If there was a star at Friday morning’s session of the 2012 Values Voter Summit, it was Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas. Cruz was the person that fired up the audience with a speaking style that mimics an evangelical preacher. Cruz was the speaker who - to the delight of the audience - refused to be ruffled by the several immigration-reform activists who heckled him during his speech. And Cruz was the one that Family Research Council President Tony Perkins called “a de facto leader of the Republican Party” in an interview with CNN.

Seriously, this RINO talk is getting out of hand. We should be attacking the Dems, not each other.

Peter King is correct if the year is 1966. In 2013, not so much.

In an earlier time, Peter King would be one of the Prisoners in the Gulag who cried when Stalin Died.

It is certainly possible to advance a (reasonable) argument to the effect that Sen. Cruz’s strategy was doomed to failure from the start—that it would have been more prudent to let ObamaCare be fully implemented, and then fail spectacularly, to the benefit of the GOP in the 2014 midterms—but to claim that he is a mere “RINO” is disingenuous, at the very least...

King's inane, insane and terrified rants against Senator Cruz, raises a serious question:

King, why are you fighting so hard to protect Obozo and the democrats? Are you concerned that your NSA/FBI/IRS files will expose you as a worthless and vile human?
