Though the government shutdown has reached its tenth day, the federal government has deemed the collection of grant proposals for the improvement of reproductive health of women in Pakistan essential.
The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) created a grant on Thursday seeking applicants to administer family planning in the south Asian country through its Maternal and Child Health (MCH) program.
The MCH Programs overall goal is to dramatically and sustainably improve health outcomes of women and children in target areas, and the MCH Program comprises five components: 1) Family Planning/Reproductive Health; 2) Maternal, Newborn and Child Health; 3) Health Communication; 4) Health Commodities; and 5) Health Systems Strengthening, the grant said.

Of course not, it’s only Americans that obamaramadindong hates! He can always find money in the taxpayers wallet to waste in foreign countries.
Oh, no ... Zero hates Pakistani women and children, too. That’s why he wants them to have “reproductive health,” which is Newspeak for dangerous contraceptives, abortion, and sexual activity for pre-teens. (The last also works with his jack-Moslem side.)
Thank goodness the government has its priorities straight; 24 million dollars for Pakistani women, not a penny to let World War II vets visit their memorial.
This was going on long before Obama got into office and will continue long after he is gone. It will continue until new world order elites are kicked out of the US - a seemingly impossible task.
