I don't think they were expecting the bulk of the comments they're getting.

“civil rights” now = access to children, forcing into silence and prison anyone who challenges us, brainwashing people into thinking sodomy is okay.

What LGBT Americans can do for civil rights

Make them (the civil rights) a mockery of what they are supposed to be.

Sexual deviancy is not a “civil right”. It’s a sickness.

For starters, they could fight for the civil rights of EVERY American, including traditional, conservative Christians. That could help in getting them taken somewhat more seriously. But, of course, the vast, vast majority won’t.

Both the movie and Homosexuals are a lie.

Neither has any truth to it.

The states have never amended the Constitution to expressly protect so-called gay rights. Therefore, Congress has no constitional authority to make laws which protect such rights, regardless of PC, pro-gay interpretations of the equal protections clause of Section 1 of the 14th Amendment.

On the other hand, the states have the 10th Amendment-protected authority to make laws which protect gay rights, but only as long as such laws are not interpreted in a way which abridges constitutional rights. This is because state laws which abridge constitutionally enumerated rights are prohibited by Section 1 of the 14th Amendment.

But some activist judges have already violated Section 1 by ignoring 1st Amendment protection religious expression in gay rights cases. And they get away with doing so because many generations of parents have not been making sure that their children are being taught the Constitution and its history the way the Founding States had intended for it to be understood.

Uh... okay... how about this: quit f*cking each other up the butt and spreading AIDS, then giving the money saved in treatments back to the people who actually earned it in order to assist with THEIR civil rights and the civil rights of their families...

...how about the civil right to keep what you’re earned; how about THAT civil right???
