Does the refusal of Commander in Chief Obama to pay for the Funeral expenses of HIS four dead Warriors rise to the level of an Impeachable Offense?

“Generally, dereliction of duty refers to failure through negligence or obstinacy to perform one’s legal or moral duty to a reasonable expectation. In other words, it means willful or negligent failure to perform assigned duties or performing them in a culpably inefficient manner. Dereliction of duty is a specific offense in military law. “ (Quote from USLegal.com).

Dereliction of duty is an Impeachable Offense, as stipulated in the US Constitution. Dereliction of duty is also a US Military offense subject to a US Military Courts Martial.

Will our sorry Congressional RINOs do their usual kid gloves, “boys will be boys” approach to Obama’s numerous violations of the US Constitution, or will they FINALLY draw up The Articles of Impeachment for B. Hussein Obama?

He is the CIC.

He is responsible for this information.

The PR isn't going as Obama had planned.

The "new" lows Obama is setting are only exceeded by his "old" lows. Examples of his moral depravity and obsession with power are mounting.
~~~~~~~~~~~~
"The conduct of the National Park Service over the last week might be the biggest scandal of the Obama administration. This is an expansive claim, of course. Benghazi, Fast and Furious, the IRS, the NSA, the HHS mandate—this is an administration that has not lacked for appalling abuses of power. And we still have three years to go."
The Park Police
~~~~~~~~~~~

In one of the most despicable and immoral acts of any president in the history of the United States, President Obama, the Commander in Chief, is playing politics over the dead bodies of American soldiers killed in action during the government shutdown. These soldiers were killed following his orders.

Richard Thompson, President and Chief Counsel of the Thomas More Law Center, commented, “I cannot conceive of any other president in our history doing what Obama is doing in this situation. As Commander in Chief, he signed the orders sending these young men into harm’s way. They died following his orders. Now he is denying their families the military’s “death gratuity” normally given within 3 days of the death, which covers funeral expenses and travel to Dover Air Force Base to receive the flag draped casket that holds their fallen hero. President Obama is callously adding to the unimaginable grief and the heavy burden these surviving loved ones carrying just to score some political points.”

Shame on You, President Obama
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
None of Obama's sadistic [definition: enjoyment that someone gets from being violent or cruel or from causing pain] acts are mandated by the government shutdown. They never happened before in any other shutdown.
These are choice edicts issued directly from the Spite House.
America, Your Vacation Wonderland! (Mark Steyn)
On his radio show yesterday, our pal Michael Graham spoke to one of the tourists held under house arrest (or hotel arrest) by the National Park Service geyser stasi at Yellowstone Park. Here’s part of the interview:
There was a large group of Asians there. Not many spoke English… They said, ‘Are we under arrest?’ I mean, they were fearful. I mean, it looked like we were inside a prison. There were two large guards doing a walk up and down in front of the doors, so people felt like they were in prison. And the Australians said that would never happen in their country. Never never never.
Oh, get over yourself. Consider yourself lucky Obama didn’t just drone your tour bus...
Fisher House Foundation
I’m glad you mentioned the Fisher House Foundation because it has the highest ratings for ANY groups aiding our veterans.
You won’t see them on TV constantly lauding their ‘great work’ they do, as Wounded Warriors Project. THAT group claims to be ‘not for profit’ while they spend millions on the CEO, travel, hotel rooms, celebrity reimbursements, board members salaries and conferences.
They will NOT spend a single dime out of their massive coffers on any veteran and for them to claim they are a ‘not for profit’, is beyond the pale because there’s a whole lot of people making a lot of money exploiting our veterans.
The CEO alone makes over $350,000 and that’s just what they reveal on their website.
My rant, as a veteran, is over.
Our entire country needs to realize that there are other ways to pay for something than from the federal trough.
If the Republicans wanted to win the PR war, they would put up an ad contrasting a recent war widow and the march of illegals.
Thank you for your “rant.” I’ve never given to WWP and now I’m glad I didn’t. I have given to Fisher House for many years (and also the Semper Fi fund).
Fisher House is getting another donation from me this week.
I was wondering where I could donate to help these families.
Bravo, Fisher House!
God bless our troops, our vets, and their families.
I hope everyone who wants to donate to a ‘worthy’ cause for our veterans get ALL the information on WWP before they donate to that organization because it’s pure exploitation of misguideded veterans who have signed contracts to appear on their TV commercials.
It bothers me so badly, when their ‘commercials’ come on I have to mute my television.
Glenn Beck said the Obama Regime went to them to get the money. He also said this was incurring debt, and is illegal. Interesting point.
