Is the (locked by the govt) military chapel owned by the diocese, or by the government?

I'd like to know the answer to that question too.

I was just on a military base this past weekend. Chapels are multi-faith, and are government owned.

This is a totally egregious act by King Barry. Priests are willing to volunteer; it's not a matter of money.

the military has its own diocese. The Archbishop of Military services presides.

Last weekend, he made this statement:
“In very practical terms it means Sunday Mass won’t be offered,” Archbishop Timothy Broglio of the Archdiocese for the Military Services told me. “If someone has a baptism scheduled, it won’t be celebrated.”
