I was just on a military base this past weekend. Chapels are multi-faith, and are government owned.

This is a totally egregious act by King Barry. Priests are willing to volunteer; it's not a matter of money.

While I agree that this was "a totally egregious act", the king unfortunately wields ownership rights allowing him to lock the doors. The priest/bishop has no claim on unfettered access to the property. The diocese needs to provide their own property if they want to off mass with unrestricted access.
