None of them are in jail, but they are fining normal people $100 for ‘trespassing’ in federal parks.

Not a new scandal. It's part of the IRS targeting of Tea Party groups.

But it is a new wrinkle -- and a very incriminating one. The use of unofficial e-mail accounts on both ends clearly indicates the perps knew they were doing something illegal.

Mail fraud, invasion of privacy, civil rights violations, RICO. All legitimate criminal charges should be levied; but no one is willing.

We live in a sick country.

Any word on exactly whose IRS forms were stolen?

Reminds me of Hillary and the 800 FBI files she was rumored to have accessed/stolen. The motive could be the same - to blackmail or discredit enemies or keep allies in line.

This is a pattern of the Obama Administration.

DHS Secretary Napolitano does not use email at all, so she can cover her tracks.

Email compliance laws are strict for corporations, but, as always, our liberal ruling class is exempt.

taxpayer protected information - an oxymoron.

Or maybe a double oxymoron like when Jay Leno was the permanent guest host of the Tonight Show near the end of Johnny Carson’s stint as the host.

Once the communists politicized the IRS, it should have been immediately abolished. It will now always be used as a political tool from here on out otherwise. Time for it to GO!!!

All senior ranking govt officials are required by law to save their business emails. It can be a jailable offensive, esp. if treated as an obstruction of justice.

Let’s fill the jails with these Democratic bastards and forget to feed them.

Chicago is an organized crime enterprise. Everything in the city is controlled by the government mob. His Arrogance is turning the Federal Government into the same type organization at a higher level.

During the campaign, I believe Obama had Romney’s private tax information and his full investment portfolio on hand. This was not public information.
