NSA & its chief tyrant, muzzlim commie pig RAT Bastard 0dbumb0! Whatsoever they are sowing, they are reaping. They sow in deceit & dishonesty, they reap in power shortages & meltdowns. Someday they will be judged at the Great White Throne judgment and will be cast into the Lake of Fire for eternity. The ultimate payback!

Thinking about this, it sounds like any major facility in any socialist dream world, like Venezuela under Chavez or China.
It couldn't be incompetence, the gov’t hired one of Obama’s or Jarrett's nephews to run the construction....

This summer, the Army Corps of Engineers dispatched its Tiger Team, officials said. It took a "Tiger Team" to figure out that building a facility that needs 1,700,000 gallons of water a day in the middle of the freaking desert was a bad idea?

Probably caused by affirmative action design firms that are special friends of Obama. In addition, using only the cheapest, most poorly made electrical components from the Chi-Coms in order to boost profits. How much did the DNC & Obama receive in kickbacks is another question.
