Hope he’s prepared to fight the inevitable ‘no standing’ nonsense from the courts and Congress.

Hope someone in he House gets the message. Bonehead would be scared to death.

That is neither here nor there. Anyone that has enough sense to get in out of the rain, knows that from day one Obama has ignored the Constitutional progression of government except when it suits his purposes to adhere to them. Congress has for the most part, followed in Obama's footprints.
The reality of the matter is that hell has a better chance of freezing over than Obama does of being impeached. Like the birth certificate issue, it is a diversion.

The US Senate, under near-dictatorial control of Harry Reid will not touch it.
The House of Representatives needs to confront this matter.

At least one person isn’t taking Obama’s lawlessness sitting down. Good on ‘em .... more like this man find their backbones and maybe we’ll have a 2nd American Revolution to free the country from the tyranny of King Obama.

Actually, the US House of Representatives can vote to “impeach” Obama, but, the US Senate [tries] the case against Obama and of course he will be found “not guilty” just like Clintoon was.
He can be impeached, but, hell will certainly freeze over before he is convicted of same.

I don’t think it’s a waste of time. I wish more of our great thinkers would address/petition more like our founders did.
I do believe it matters how the world sees us, if things were to go south. We are not looking to do away with government, we are just looking to restrain our government as our Constitution intended.
How are we properly represented when we have four hundred and thirty five people representing over three hundred million?
“The apprehension of being degraded into a state of servitude, from the pre-eminent rank of English freemen, while our minds retain the strongest love of liberty, and clearly foresee the miseries preparing for us and our posterity, excites emotions in our breasts which, though we cannot describe, we should not wish to conceal. Feeling as men, and thinking as subjects, in the manner we do, silence would be disloyalty. By giving this faithful information, we do all in our power to promote the great objects of your Royal cares, the tranquillity of your Government, and the welfare of your people.”

Nixon was forced to resign to avoid impeachment for FAR LESS than O has done. I understand the circumstances with Nixon, but GO FOR IT. At least it may wake up some of the welfare queens that their spawn.
