Unreal! New Law Allows Illegal Aliens To Practice Law In California

Over 2.6 million illegal immigrants reside in California and Gov. Jerry Brown is signing more illegal laws to give them the same rights as U.S. citizens. On Thursday, he signed a bill that will allow up to 1.3 million illegals up to obtain CA drivers licenses. Another bill signed by Brown prohibits employers to retaliate against workers because of their lack of citizenship. The CA Governor also signed the “Trust Act” which halts the deportation of illegals when arrested for minor crimes and prohibits law enforcement to contact I.C.E. agents. To add to the illegal bills signed by Gov. Brown, illegals are now allowed to practice law as well.

Reuters reported:

Illegal immigrants can be licensed to practice law in California under one of eight bills expanding immigrant rights that were signed by Governor Jerry Brown on Saturday.

The California Supreme Court, which finalizes requests of applicants to be licensed as a lawyer in California, is now authorized to approve qualified applicants regardless of their immigration status.

Other new laws prohibit law enforcement officials from detaining immigrants based on federal government instructions except in cases of serious crimes or convictions, and make it illegal for employers to retaliate against workers on the basis of their citizenship.

“While Washington waffles on immigration, California’s forging ahead,” Brown said in a statement. “I’m not waiting.”

I'm sorry, California, but all our tests are conclusive;

You have Stage-4 Stupidity and it's terminal.

No. Jerry Brown is traitor to the United States of America, as are those who voted him into office.

I thought businesses could be prosecuted by the feds if they hired illegals. Will Eric Holder sue?

There has got to be a way to renounce US citizenship while still residing in the US. After taking full effect, you can save 2.5% on your AGI by avoiding the 0-care tax.
Someone is going to try this.

I’ll bet it would be possible to get a conviction overturned by the Supremes if your representation was a foreign national. I’m not even understanding how a noncitizen member of a jury could be considered “your peer”.

Have you ever noticed that the water (and other things) in a toilet go faster the closer it gets to the bottom of the bowl? This is analogous to where we are now as a country.

Now that the states have begun blowing off the feds and making their own laws, I see absolutely no need for a federal government. Shut it down! Permanently!

The entire state is dropping huge quantities of vitamin S(tupid).
When they need a bail-out, they can go directly to Hell.

Why not practice law? They’ve been practicing, rape, torture, drug dealing and general mayhem for as long as I can remember. And, I remember a long way back when in California { Yes, that California, that Golden State of my youth) they were called braceros, pickers of fruit, lettuce, tomate, snot balls (brussel sprouts) and artichokes. There were Teatros showing Mexican movies in Isleton, Brentwood, Oakley and other Central Valley locales. But the braceros went back after the picking season.

Now, the picking season is replaced by the on the dole season and those liberals that spend other people’s money
keep the laborers around for political and re-election reasons.

The braceros wages must have improved considerably over the years as I followed a three vehicle consist “in tow” as I made my Dallas to Corpus Christi last run of the week today. In tow across the border, of course. Even if that 1998 Dodge Caravan doesn’t run right it can be fixed and sold for a few hundred thousand pesos in Chihuahua. The seller, of course is a capitalist, he just doesn’t know that he’s a crony capitalist, in bed with the Democrats and he’ll eventually bring down the USA as he buys-up and slips his ageing Dodge Caravans into Nuevo Laredo, Guadalupe Hidalgo, or Monterey. While engaged, his family sucks the blood of Americans who quietly pay the freight of these extra-nationals food, education, and health care.

And in a final note, I speak fluent Spanish. I don’t hate brown people. I learned Spanish in my school while growing-up in Pittsburg, California. I use that language when I am in Laredo, Texas several times a week. English is optional in Laredo. Many of the employees of the brokers and trucking companies that operate in Laredo need bi-lingual employees. 99% of the US truckers don’t speak Spanish and don’t want to. About half of the bi-lingual employees are neither English proficient nor want to be, many live across the border in Mexico and commute north to Laredo each day. And in a final observation related to the US Government’s shutdown. Border Patrol employees are still manning the checkpoints, the dogs are being used to detect marijuana but in many, many , months, the checkpoint guys aren’t asking if we’re US citizens, they’re simply looking at our faces and waving us us. No questions of citizenship or whether we’ve got anyone else in the truck.

And with that, I will bid y’all good night and wish the speedy recovery of one James Robinson of Fresno, California.

In Illinois, you could be prosecuted for hiring illegal aliens. But at the same time, it was (I closed my business a couple years ago), illegal to NOT accept any form of ID from them.

It was also illegal to do a background check for the sole purpose of identifying one’s immigration status.

But, if you were caught having hired illegals by ICE, you were screwed with hefty fines.

The only way around this is to rent people from temp agencies. Then they take on the burden. You pay $20 an hour for a temp, the temp gets $8.

In California, INSANITY is the new “normal” and a prerequisite to being a Democratic politician. Being a covert communist is also a “given” for many.
