Carey’s former boss, Dr. Brian Evans, told the Daily News that she “fell down some stairs and she had a pretty significant head injury” during the nearly two years she worked for him.
It was while Carey was in the hospital that she discovered she was pregnant and “she seemed happy,” Evans said.
But when they let Carey go last year, “it was nothing related to any mental problems that we were in tune to,” he said.
“There was never insubordination per se or anything like that,” said Evans, whose practice is in Hamden, Ct. “But she tended to go against the grain a bit.”

Yes, I agree - it’s always good to try to get the facts, and a lot of times they’re very conflicting at the start.
Washington Post says a child was taken from the car and is in “good condition” so the child part is legit.

At the beginning of it all, Oregon residents B.J. and Susan Campbell saw a black sedan driven by a woman heading west on Pennsylvania, into a security checkpoint at 15th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue NW. The driver went about 20 yards, B.J. Campbell said, before rapidly turning the car around at the concrete security barriers.
“The Secret Service guy was just having a cow,” B.J. Campbell said. “Yelling at her and banging on the car.” The Secret Service officers pulled a black metal gate into her path and she slowed to try to go around it. Then the agent moved the gate in front of her again.
At that point “she just gunned it,” B.J. Campbell said. “She ran the barricade down and the guy; knocked him up onto her hood. He rolled off into the street, and she tore off down Pennsylvania Avenue.” The whole encounter lasted about 20 seconds, he said.

I keep seeing that she is from Stamford, but Hamden is more than an hour east of Stamford. Don’t know if she just moved recently or what.... the dental website says she just started there.

Well, she DID work in a dentist's office.
If this is true it puts a different light on the whole incident.
Nah. People may think that within those blurry shadows they see an adult sitting in the front passenger seat, but actually what they're seeing is someone located well past the car in the distance, lying behind a grassy knoll with only their head & arms showing.
BTW, ambulance-chasers are poring thru all available videos, but they have yet to find evidence that she was first read her Miranda Rights!! So we can depend on seeing a massive multi-trillion $$ lawsuit filed on behalf of every single trial lawyer in the country (filing as "Friend Of The Court And The Taxpayers' Wallet"). If they get it filed quickly, before the Great American Shutdown of '13 has ended, they can demand a trial attended only by the plaintiffs and a judge. Because the DOJ defense team would still be barred from entering their place of work (though still collecting their full weekly pay, double overtime for holidays, etc), while the judge will be allowed entry as Essential Personnel.
Or maybe she was just very nice to her boss?

I just watched the video at WTOP and they popped off at least five rounds when she got away from them the second time. There were plenty of other people around so they plainly weren’t too concerned about stray rounds.

Yep! Why did SS have such a cow if she was turning around? Why did she panic? What was she hiding if anything? Lots more to story. And the baby...whose baby is it? A congressman, a SS officer, a treasury agent, what, who?
