CO - Udall - elected 2008 (D)
DE - Coons - elected 2010 (D)
HI - Schatz - appointed 2012 (D)
IA - Harkin - retiring (R)
IL - Durbin (D)
LA - Landrieu (R) - If we get a good candidate.
MA - Markey - elected 2013 (D)
MI - Levin - retiring (D)
MN - Franken - elected 2008 (D)
MT - Bauchus - retiring (R)
NC - Hagan - elected 2008 (R) If we get a good candidate
NH - Shaheen - elected 2008 (D)
NM - Udall - elected 2008 (D)
OR - Merkley - elected 2008 (D)
RI - Reed (D)
SD - Johnson - retiring (R) If we get a good candidate
VA - Warner - elected 2008 (D)...pity but they love him.
WV - Rockefeller - retiring (R)....our big chance.
We SHOULD be able to EASILY pick up 7 seats. However, we should have picked up seats in 2008 and 2012 and didn’t. Anyhow if things go our way we should have the Senate in 2014.
I’ll take picking up 7 seats! And on top of that replacing McConnell, Graham, Alexander with more solid conservatives and possibly Cornyn, we will have a far more conservative senate!!
