You may be on the right path here. He’s going to bypass the congress at some point; its just a matter of time. IMO he is instigating a showdown to justify unilateral actions on his part. He is confident that the medial will support whatever dictatorial stance he may take. Very dangerous times ahead.
Will Clown Prince nobama have his “new dog” (the one no one has seen) and threaten to shoot it if we don’t kiss his a**? Will he be in a straight jacket? Will he demand that American citizens shut up? Will he finally “come out”? Will he wear a nice clown suit and shoes? Will he start crying? Enquiring minds want to know.

I think Great Leader is reaching the oversaturation point. Mayhaps people are tired of seeing him and are bored with his excuses and blaming of everyone but himself. One can hope.

It may not be necessarily today, but soon I presume....This is my guess as to how this will all be resolved...to everyone’s disappointment...

Obama issues an Executive Order to fund everything (though illegal). But that requires a response from the House/Senate (which never occurs). Yes, there will be public posturing by both...but proceedings to object get jammed up and forgoton (out of the media spotlight) over time.
Both parties get what they want for their electorate...Obama/Democrats get their funding, and Obamacare...then the quisling Republicans say they objected and did their best to stop Obamacare...Both parties get their talking points for the next election, and both end up (publically) not backing down from their positions...satisfies them all, except for us who know better....

That is true. I was stationed in Gitmo and actually saw him speak live on TV for hours on end. Other facts about Fidel you might find amusing:
