Castro it’s said could go on and talk for 3 hours or more entirely unscripted.

**********
That is true. I was stationed in Gitmo and actually saw him speak live on TV for hours on end. Other facts about Fidel you might find amusing:

“Castro’s holds the Guinness Book of Records title for the longest speech ever delivered at the United Nations: 4 hours and 29 minutes, on Sept. 29, 1960. His longest speech on record in Cuba was 7 hours and 10 minutes in 1986 at the III Communist Party Congress in Havana.”

Plus, unlike present company, Castro could REALLY throw a baseball.

Interesting - were you able to understand what he was saying when you saw him (i.e. do you understand Spanish)? Did any of it make any sense - on any level?

While I'm sure Obama physically could go on that long content would be light, limited to "uh,uh,uh, I,I,um, uh,uh hold on, I,I,I, ...". As a practical matter he could never do it. The building stress of knowing that he was missing an episode of the Kardashians or Dancing with the Stars or basketball talk on ESPN would throw him off his train of thought. He's as hooked on that junk as he is on nicotine or power.
