I don’t know about in-depth analysis, but delaying it for a year would give them a chance to fix all the technical glitches that are making it unworkable at the moment.

Also, remember the extremely short attention span of the low-information voter. There will be many crises, both foreign and domestic, to agitate the media and the masses between now and a year from now.

It would be OK if we spent all our energy on fighting it (I believe there is an important court case coming up), but chances are we won’t. Too easy to just relax when it’s not looming right over us.

It can't be fixed. It denies market forces and the desire for immediate care.

If it's delayed the Pubs have a year to campaign on their 200 page solution and to focus on how govt/congress is excluded as well as friends of the Rats.

Even if the Pubs win the Senate in 2014 you can bet obama will never sign a repeal. It needs to be delayed until we can win back the POTUS and Congress.
