A lot of people will be wondering that I think
allow me to share this hope with you....../s
"What! You telling me I gotta pay money?...it's supposed to be FREE"
As I understand some provisions of Ojackasscare, they compute the value of your insurance coverage and the value above the approved levels become taxable income to the individual. I may be wrong on that but I think that is what they call the cadallac plan penalty.
Most companies love this law, it will improve the bottom line. Once they get the burden of providing health care to their employees off their backs, costs go down, profits us and most everyone is happy except those who were getting a non taxable benefit before. At best now, their benefits become taxable income, making the deficit go down (yeah right) and they have to pay more for coverage that will provide them no subsidy and has far higher deductions and copays. Welcome to the land of Obama where the workers get screwed so the dolts can live a better life.
Clown Prince nobama wants “the public” to spread the word? nobama’s “public” probably can’t read and the so-called health law (and regs) is about 35,000 pages. I bet the obamatrons have never read a book, let alone a 35,000 page one. Maybe “spreading the word” means get-in-their-faces-and-tell-them-to-shut-up.
forget albatross
This is an Obamatross
Don’t worry Obama, we are spreading the word about it.
Americans have been spreading the word.
That is why we don’t want Obamacare.
hey Obozo, why is it impossible for Americans to spread the word about voter ID laws, which are far simpler than your monstrosity but which you claim represent an impossible hurdle to voting?
And when they find out A) It’s the law they have it and b) when griping about the cost you can them it was half that before this monster bill.
BTTT
Here Mr. President, let me help spread the word about your healthcare law:
IT SUCKS!!!! NOBODY WANTS IT!!! IT’S HURTING PEOPLE!!! IT’S KILLING JOBS!!! IT’S A DRAIN ON THE ECONOMY!!!! IT’S CAUSING MY EMPLOYER TO MEDDLE EVER MORE INTO WHAT WAS HERETOFORE PRIVATE MATTERS!!!!!
There my civic duty is done for the day.
“Is that the next step? “
No, unless it is stopped NOW (and I don’t really see it happening), the next step will be single payer. It appears the 2012 elections sealed our nation’s fate on this.
Since most of the problems associated with Obamacare will be blamed on the “greedy” insurance companies and their “evil profit motives”, after enough time has passed, some future Congress/Executive will come to the rescue with 100% government PROVIDED health care (See the UK system).
They will giddily do so under the auspices of an electoral mandate following key elections. At least, that’s the way I see it coming down...hope I’m wrong!
>>No, unless it is stopped NOW (and I dont really see it happening), the next step will be single payer.
Single payer is the goal and final step. They have designed the system to fail and fail again as we progress to that final destination. They need to make it so painful that people who have received a practical education, worked for their entire life, and never taken a penny of government aid will demand single payer.
The useless people (those at the top and the bottom of the economic ladder) are already completely in. But, they need those people who make the economy actually function to demand it.
Yeah, tried to take a pic of my grocery store thar’s hiring for the meat dept. Sign on the front door says “maximum of 28 hours”
Ok,Folks, Obamacare sucks,thank you
