Boehner has a problem. There are genuinely conservative House members that are holding the leadership’s feet to the fire. Holding THEIR feet to the fire are their constituents. The net result is that Boehner does not have the votes to pass a CR that includes obamacare funding. In order to pass it, he would have to join the craven RINOS with Pelosi’s Dims. He knows that dog just won’t hunt, Jim.

Not only does Boehner face this within the House, but House members are trying to influence Senate GOP to vote against cloture.
