RUSH: Carrie in Kalispell, Montana, it's great to have you. You're up first on the Rush Limbaugh program today. Hello.
CALLER: Hi, Rush. How are you?
RUSH: Well, despite the way it sounds, I'm actually pretty rotten.
CALLER: (laughing)
RUSH: No, I'm okay. I'm fine. I'm good. I'm good.
CALLER: I'm rotten, but before I get on to that, I just want to tell you how much I appreciate you and keeping me informed. I literally crave hearing the truth, and the only way I can get it is to turn on your program.
RUSH: Well, thank you for that.
CALLER: I get so little of it elsewhere.
RUSH: Thank you. You flatter me. I appreciate it very much.
CALLER: You know what I wanted to say today is, I'm just sick over listening to the media today and the reaction to what Senator Cruz did yesterday. I don't think anybody, not even Republicans, or maybe, you know, there's a handful, maybe, that did hear him, but they didn't hear what he was saying. They may have listened, but they didn't hear.
RUSH: Yes, they did. Yes, they did.
CALLER: Well, he was speaking for me.
RUSH: That's right. They don't want to acknowledge that they heard it.
CALLER: Exactly.
RUSH: They heard it. That's why they're upset with what he was doing. They heard every word he was saying. He was holding them up as culprits in this.
CALLER: I agree.
RUSH: And he was calling them out. Every Republican is on record as saying this is unacceptable, this is intolerable, and they're gonna do everything they could to keep it from happening. In the moment of truth, they're not. I've got that. You know, I better start on the audio sound bites when we get back or I'm gonna have two days in a row here. We've got some good stuff here. (interruption) What? No, no. The amount of time the staff puts in putting them together, no, that's not a factor at all in whether or not I use them. No, no, no, no. (laughing) Snerdley said, "That's just mean." I'm just teasing. It's all a factor. It's all this pressure, gotta do this, gotta do that, 'cause a lot of people are working very hard putting this together. Some of it's really good. It's just I'm sounding so good today, you know?

Hairy Reed aparently has a big lock box of RINO jewelz.
Caption2: Think of me. That's right, think about me!
Caption3: Crap! Just got caught with my pickle in the cookie jar.
Actually, I think the caller is right and Rush is wrong on this. The republicans didn’t really hear Ted Cruz.
Personally, if there was a way for us to be in DC protesting tomorrow...that is the day.
We’ve got to be better coordinated and back these tea party folks up. And that means we’ve got to get boots on the ground in DC during these times. I do feel like Cruz has been hung out to dry and we should all be damned if we’re going to let the GOPe treat him like this.
They’re very small, and they were willingly placed in it.
I’m with you. I attended Obamacare protests in D.C. before it was passed. Don’t know who organized those but there were people as far as the eye could see.
You're not Tea Party?
I sort of feel we missed the boat on this and left Ted Cruz out to hang today.
If we had a ‘delegation’ in DC today I think the point of what Cruz did would have got them right between the eyes.
I wrote Ted Cruz and email and thanked him. Told him how proud we Texans are of his work.
Gotta say, don't think I've ever cast a more pleasing vote for a politician other than Ronald Reagan in my life.
Now, Texas Tea Parties are zeroing in on the RINO John Cornyn. I hope we can pull off another primary upset here in Texas.
I think he meant the Tea Party folks in Congress.
Reid must be servicing several in the Regime, ya think?
