She had Vince Foster’s and many other’s blood dripping off her hands long before the blood of the Benghazi’s victims were on her hands. My guess is that she gleefully, while laughing manically [figuratively] plunged her hands into the victims of Benghazi’s blood again and again.
The ‘strong statement’ is

The book “Dereliction of Duty” by Lt Col Buzz Patterson recounts his stint as the carrier of the “nuclear football.” He mentions numerous instances in which Hillary would melt down into an uncontrollable fit of screaming and profanities at anyone around her. Patterson said Secret Service agents truly despised Hillary and hated being anywhere around her.

And she is correct. American voters delivered strong statements in 2008 and 2012 and Hillary! 2016 would strongly ratify the statement: “America? Stick a fork in it, it’s done.”
