US signs treaty to regulate global arms trading

As far as numbskulls like this guy are concerned, the Constitution doesn’t exist and reality is subjective, so this hot gas doesn’t mean a whole lot.

Yes I would think so.... Many laws and treaties have been changed when the Senate moves to a majority of one or the other parties...but it depends on who makes it their priority and presents the changes....or enforcement of...or for that matter, resurrection of what was the “drop dead” time period.

Yesterday, President Barack Obama SIGNED the U.N. gun ban treaty.
