Mike Lee talked a lot, and at about 2 or 3am EST delved into how the 'black robes' at SCOTUS violated the Constitution by legislating from the bench by rewriting 0bamacare as a tax before passing it. Was nice to see a CongressCritter attack the SCOTUS as well they deserve it, especially Roberts.

Roberts' decision was written AGAINST 0bamacare yet he approved 0bamacare as Constitutional. I wanna know who got to Roberts and how.. Blackmailed? Did Elena Kagan use Jedi mind tricks or hypnotize him? I don't trust that woman. There is a reason 0bama was hot and heavy to get her on the court.

So Cruz was cut off by Senate rules that start a new day with a prayer.

The filibuster-as-speech is over.
