The story of Gideon is all about God sending a man in to battle with what appeared to those around him to be a weak army. God continued to whittle his army down until such time as Gideon felt he was going into battle with an enemy FAR greater than him and his 300 men. But God had a perfect plan; that Gideon WOULD win and Our Lord would receive all the glory as there was no way Gideon would recieve glory based on strength of his army.
Continue or start, to pray fervently for success! We can win this thing.

I love it! Elizabeth Hasselbeck had a good point this morning that Ted’s reading of Green Eggs and Ham was brilliant because it was about making someone eat something they didn’t like and telling them they’d like it at the end!! LOL

Actually, I have 3 kids under 7, and several Ted Geisel books complied into one volume. The Sleep Book is my favorite.

I am SOOOOOO impressed with Ted Cruz and Mike Lee - they are doing a wonderful job laying it out there and calling a Despot a Despot. I watched until 3 a.m. and back at it this morning. Ted sounds as strong as he did when started. Any Republican voting for cloture needs to be retired as soon as they are up for re-election. Tom Coburn, what on God’s green earth happened to you??? YOu’ve turned into that which you condemned in Breach of Trust collaborating with those who will bring this country down.
