Navigators trained to answer questions and sign people up for health insurance under the new Affordable Care Act will be allowed to do that work inside the local public health clinics, after Democrats on the Broward County Commission voted Tuesday to defy the state's ban on that activity.
The so-called "county" health clinics are actually run by the state Department of Health, which had said the Obamacare navigators could not do their work on clinic grounds.
Enrollment starts next Tuesday, and the politically charged rhetoric has heightened as the day approaches.
Broward commissioners said the county owns the health clinic buildings and leases them to the state.

This is a war. The Rats love to use the power of the state to coerce. The Republican’s should use the power of the state in whatever way possible to sanction the Broward County Commissioners and make them reverse their decision or make them pay a high price for their actions to enslave Americans.

exactly correct. If the county insists on bringing banned people into the state health clinics, then the state should close the clinics. Let the county find their own money to waste on obamacare

Other counties in Florida are also doing it, or considering it. Pinellas County (St Petersburg/Clearwater) was the county that first announced they had found the legal loophole.
