An Australian climate change body scrapped by the new government has been relaunched as a non-profit organisation reliant on public donations.
Prime Minister Tony Abbott axed the Climate Commission, set up by the previous government, last week.
But the group resurrected itself as the Climate Council, saying it hoped "Obama-style" public donations raised online would keep it open.

this is what environmentalist bother me so much. Its not enough to have an opinion and have it funded by like minded ppl. They force others via taxes to fund their views

The climate change data has been discredited for nearly half-a-decade, but the hoaxers are still pushing it. It is too lucrative for them to just let it die. They have too many years of effort invested in it.
Lies, bigger lies. With enough fancy packaging, lies sell. Just ask most elementary kids about paper or plastic, etc.
If they are untruthful in their statements made for donations, pull the non profit tax status and prosecute for fraud, criminal organization or cult.
In case of environmental violence, charge terrorism, and charge donors for funding it.
