I’m not shocked if he thinks this way, what is surprising to me is that he talked this way in the opening statement of this hearing.
Most of them don’t want to let on that this is their true attitude about obamacare.
As I understand it, Congress et al is not exempt. They must join but the executive has ordered the OPM to pay 75% of the new premiums. So they get a huge discount. Equal treatment as the Constitution demands. (some are more equal than others)
