The person in question is very annoying, snippy, and superior, but I’m not sure that being annoying rises to the level of deserving being banned.
If you suspect it is a retread or a true troll, you may want to hit abuse on one of its nastier posts and ask the mods what they think.
I’ve been watching its posts since its signup. There is another noob on another thread I put on the watch list.

Yeh!!! It’s expected....the RINOs don’t know it...but. win or lose on this episode, the current GOP leadership is not long for their world!!! Lots of young turks coming up ready to rip and roar, rather then hide in the closet. Me....I’m too old, other then to rant on the internet!!! But...I do think good change is coming!!! And...I can handle either winning or losing....it’s happened to me before!!! I just never give up!!! It’s in my blood!!! LOL

This is politics, and the American electorate. Things can turn on a dime, and there are a lot of "moderates" (read "clueless") who voted for 0 but now have a true gut feeling that things just aren't right. The many problems and scandals that have come to light lately help also, as well as the ongoing train wreck that is 0care.

LOL...that is vacuous logic. First of all, Benghazi troubles many people - of course the MSM hasn’t exactly gotten behind that.
On the other hand, many more people are disturbed about the various NSA and other government snooping - including a ton of young people. It’s tarnishing the shining image of Mr. Liberal Peace Prize...along with his incessant hail of Hellfire missiles around the world. ;-)
The economy is the other major vulnerability for the Dems, and it’s not doing well at all...
