Romney FORCED ObamaCARE/RomneyCARE on Massachusetts
and it has destroyed health care, driving up costs.
Just like the carpetbagging bastard forced gay marriage
and pedophiles on the children before he fled the state.
I don’t know what is worse, a romneybot or an equivalencebot.
There is nothing in Massachusetts or US constitutional law which would forbid a Romneycare, as horrific an idea as that is. One of the ideas of having states was that they could try various arrangements private to themselves without affecting the others. Back when having a state church was no big deal, this was obviously necessary. A Catholic state and a Congregationalist state would need their individual rights to do that.
Anyhow — that’s not true for Obamacare. The only reason, IMHO, the USSC passed on it (Roberts this means you) is that the right point wasn’t brought up in the case. It’s a tax, ok if you truly insist, but it’s not a constitutional tax. It needs a second lathering, rinsing, and repeating and that can not happen until it actually does ding someone with a tax.
