Perhaps I’m being cynical, but “what difference does it make?”, this will never get past the Senate!
Hey ‘cats it is poised to reap a lot of pent up frustration. The senate will see political heat like it never has seen before, now that the House has said no more goofing around. And the lame duck will be in the political roaster too.
Don’t discount the power of God to make fools look really foolish.
It will make as much difference as the first 41 times. Hard to get excited when the bill has no chance. The real fight was for the White House. This just in republicans lost and Obama was reelected and with it any hopes of repeal.
Perhaps. But it will force Senators who are up for election in 2014 and come from states where Obamacare is hugely unpopular to vote against the will of the people. It will force them and their comrades in the House to go before the voters and tell them:
I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU THINK, I VOTED FOR OBAMACARE AGAIN!!
Its not an exercise to get it to pass the Senate. Its to get the votes on record of those voting AGAINST defunding OCare (dems)
That alone will be the ammo needed to sink theDem majority
If it doesn’t matter either way, I would just as soon fight! Did the gays and other leftists quit when DOMA passed? Did Obama back off from his wild Socialism when the GOP took back the House? Does the left quit when gun control laws keep getting blocked?
Until we learn to fight like the opposition, we will continue to lose. I am with Cruz and Lee all the way!
