Pass or no ... how did weapons get into the yard?
What about that other black guy in miltary garb (whatever THAT mean) seen walking away after the shooting ... allegedly with a long item in hand, presumedly a long gun ?

The authorities, probably at a pretty high level, were responsible for
ignoring his long and very public problems that should never have allowed him to buy a gun or hold a secret security clearance.grooming this weak lkink for a time as this ...

The Huffington Post had an article on him and he had been here since the last 70’s, I am going to assume he was a citizen by now. I was thinking H-1B contract programmer.
