What about that other black guy in miltary garb (whatever THAT mean) seen walking away after the shooting ... allegedly with a long item in hand, presumedly a long gun ?

The authorities, probably at a pretty high level, were responsible for ignoring his long and very public problems that should never have allowed him to buy a gun or hold a secret security clearance.grooming this weak lkink for a time as this ...

The Huffington Post had an article on him and he had been here since the last 70’s, I am going to assume he was a citizen by now. I was thinking H-1B contract programmer.
