Tourists visiting the 9/11 Memorial Museum in New York City can read its brochures in 10 different languages but Arabic is not one of them. Nor will it be any time soon.
Nine languages are spoken by over 97 percent of our visitors: English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Mandarin, Italian, Japanese and Russian, a representative from the memorial told the New York Post.
The American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee, claiming Arabic is the worlds fourth-most-spoken language, is sending letters to memorial coordinators demanding answers on why the language is not included.
But it appears that the Arabic community is looking for more than just brochures printed in its language. An August AlJazeera.com report describes Manhattan as the area once known as Little Syria:

Islam has always been a part of America’s history:
From the Halls of Montezuma
To the Shores of Tripoli;
We fight our country’s battles
In the air, on land and sea;
First to fight for right and freedom . . .
Al Jazeera had exclusive contact with Osama Bin Ladena, the Al Qaeda filmmakers of Islamic snuff videos, and other rotten Islamic supremacists.
They are not a nice news network. They promote bigotry.
As Vince Lombardi advised:
“The best defense is a good offense.”
And the muzzies are always on the offense.
they are islamic....nuff said.
Please, please, please let me write the verbiage that is to be translated into Arabic.
Cry me a river, Arabs!
We don’t discriminate against terrorists.
We treat all of them with the contempt they deserve.
America can read your language very well, we received a first had lesson on September 11 2001. We read you loud and clear...
By the way if you wish to live among us, learn to speak English because that's the way we conduct business here.... Don't like it GO HOME.
How do you say “Bite Me” in Arabic?
They dont need it.
They can give self-guided tours with their eyes closed.
Elon Musk... Is African-American... arguably the most successful African-American today.
>>The reason there are no Arabic signs at the World Trade Center site may be because the management knows something about the future of Arabs, just as did the writers of Star Trek (there are no Arabs in Star Trek because it is set in the future).<<
Tell that to the Saudi billionaires who buy and sell our top legislators in DC and in the state capitols if you want someone to laugh out loud in your face. For the past 20 years, they are the ones who our legislator and Wall Street executives bow to when they come to town with their suitcases full of money.
Ever heard the expression, “You’ve been sold down the river”? Well, we’ve been sold down the Potomac and the Nile.
I wonder how many years it was before the Pearl Harbor
brocures were printed in Japanese. Probably longer
than ten years.
I think there should be a display depicting their language at the memorial. Real easy, a picture of the planes hitting their targets and in the background some muzzie screaming Allah Akhbar. I think everyone in all languages would understand that.
Can’t they take their victory lap widlthout a brochure?
One of the characteristics of evil is its desire to confuse and confound matters of significance. Moslems do this all the time....they seek recognition in our country, not to conforming as this tends to be presented as...but to conquer by increments.
Moslems are not here to conform...mosques in America represent ‘power structures’ of the ‘predatory’ political ideology of the ‘conquest called Islam’..as is recognition of their demands, no matter how seemingly small to some...
It is the “little fox’s that spoil the vine”.....
“.....claiming Arabic is the worlds fourth-most-spoken language”....
Doesn’t matter..this is America and we get to choose if we want your language represented.
Just another sign of “creeping Islam”...taking over bit by bit...and they are all in the battle for it.
My guess is its the MUSLIM community complaining - as ALWAYS.
There ARE Arab Christians, but, thanks to ISLAM, their numbers have been dwindling. I suggest making a version available in Coptic and Aramaic so CHRISTIAN Arabs can read it.
