Colorado voters ousted two Democratic lawmakers, including the state senate president, in a historic recall vote on Tuesday over their support for tougher gun control laws, handing a major victory to gun rights supporters.
(John Boehner must cut loose the Tea Party)...this should read...."Speaker Boehner Embraces The Tea Party!"

Colorado GOP is a bunch of McCain/Boehner/Christie types. They wouldn’t have the spine to attempt a recall.
This needs to become an epidemic across this country if we ever want to take it back.
They actually came out against the recall. Thought it would fail and the media would make them cry. Spinless wimps.
Exactly. That’s why the governor and both legislatures, and two US senators have gone from the R to the D column in the past 10 years.
Things are starting to move! Come on, Tea Party, let’s get that third party started NOW well ahead of 2016 so we get a real grass roots hold early.
I will concede the Party got cold feet and blew it on the recalls, however.
Great job, Colorado!!
Now go after Gov. John Hickenlooper.
“Seriously? Last election the Tea Party got the Republican nomination for Dan (Mr. 10%) Maes and Ken (Mr. Gaffe) Buck, who both lost very winnable seats. The Tea Party is very prominent in the Colorado GOP.”
Do not forget that the CO GOP nominated a person who had even less credentials and IQ than the Obamadork for gov. They turned down one of the few honest and intellectual real Republicans - Tom Tancredo...and they lost their RINOshorts.
The Colorado GOP headquarters is located just below your septic tank.
When Maes imploded but refused to resign from the ticket, Tancredo got a minor party nomination and finished respectably but with Maes still getting 10% of the vote, Tom couldn't pull off an upset. The establishment Party did not cause this fiasco.
I am 100% with the Tea Party on the issues, but they need to start vetting their candidates and stop foisting candidates on us with foot in mouth disease or as in Maes, downright weird. I am encouraged by the fact that both Republican candidates in last night's recall elections had solid credentials and were very electable.
Growing pains. They are to be expected.
I think you meant "spineless", but "spinless" actually works.
There.
Fixed it for you.
Hope to see headlines like:
“Hickenlooper Vows Revenge on Tea Partiers!”
“Morse: I’m Not Afraid of Their @#$&!! Guns!!!”
“Giron Says Colorado Needs Purging of Racists”
“Bloomberg: `I’ll Be Back!!!’”
I wish I could blame that on the win8 autocorrect on my tablet. But it is at home while I goof off in my office. Thanks for the correction.
LOL.....
A very good suggestion that needs to be repeated often.
“...This needs to become an epidemic across this country...”
Agreed.
It should be put on EVERY ballot in 2014 for a vote.
