Top Dem: Colorado losses due to ´voter suppression, pure and simple´

Successful recall elections Tuesday of two Democratic state senators in Colorado were because of “voter suppression, pure and simple,” Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz said Wednesday. Wasserman Schultz blamed lawsuits filed by opponents of gun control to prevent voters from mailing in ballots, the late announcement of polling locations, and “efforts by the NRA, the Koch brothers and other right wing groups who know that when more people vote, Democrats win.” “The recall elections in Colorado were defined by the vast array of obstacles that special interests threw in the way of voters for the purpose of reversing

You know she's right. The dead didn't get to vote multiple times, the ACORN made up names didn't get to vote, the nursing home patients whose ballots were cast by good Democratic union workers didn't get to vote, and all those good Democrats who would round up homeless, illegal aliens, etc. and offer them money and drive them to the polls if they just voted the party ticket didn't vote.

Truly suppression of the core Democratic party base.

Oh, I forgot the most important lesson from the Florida Presidential elections, the party workers who normally “fix” ballots had their “fixing” suppressed.

She is right it was illegal vote suppression, only it was suppression of the illegal votes not suppression of legal voters.

The dead do not vote... Unless they are Democrats! And even if they were Republicans they always vote democrat!

If the recall effort actually did use voter suppression then I am all for it since the Democraps use illegal voter registration to illegally cast votes.

““We know they cheated, they must have because we stacked the deck so lopsided against them it was impossible for them to win” - what she really meant”

Worth repeating because that is EXACTLY what she meant!

Actually we may have found a solution to voter fraud. Democrat districts are not prepared to handle fraud for a recall, which means they lose all their fraudulent ballots.

We should just start hitting every local rat district in the country that has close elections with recall elections. They will freak out.

The corollary to “we never lose elections because of our policies” is that the more obvious it us that they DID lose because of their policies, the more outrageous their spin must be.

I was at a boat race years ago and one racer exclaimed: “That bastard is cheating”.

Race official: “How do you know”.

Racer: “Because I am cheating and he is kicking my ass”.

Pardon my ignorance, and I will ultimately do some web searches on this question, but who the hell are the Koch brothers? Every one of my run-ins with Liberals results in their name being brought up. Are they a Soros equivalent to right-wing influences or boogy-men invented by Liberals? Until this past year I have never heard their names brought up in conservative circles. Haliburton a million times, but the only knowledge I have about anything Koch was a customer or competitor to a company my Grandfather worked for in the oil and gas industry many, many years ago.

You got it. Right wing boogeymen somewhere between the Klan and SS jackbooters in their minds.
