Uh, how could Jim Demint have challenged Boehner as speaker? Before he resigned Demint was in the Senate, not the house of representatives.
As pointed out here regularly the Speaker doesn't have to be a member of the house. Like those votes for West.
The point is that DeMint has a great job now, he calls for Bohner to be the goat knowing he wont do it, so nothing gets done, so DeMint is a hero just like Rush is for barking. Oh, and his donations go up too.
This is a reason why Dems win never to be explained on talk radio,
all ‘our’ best heroes are backseat drivers who would never go near the wheel themselves and get rewarded for just barking.

Here ya go, I got not one taker at the time when Bohner was about to come up for a vote.
No one will take Boners job,call your favorite pet house hero and ask him to run against him as speaker, I dare you. He will never return the call.

You should challenge them (your favorite house members) to oppose him as Speaker by running for it themselves now , this losing and then scape-goating whining stuff is long past old.
