I like the suspend Obamacare approach. It says, “Let’s get a chance to really look at this thing.” The mushy middle will love it, because they want their goodie bag without paying for the party.

Defunding it doesn’t do enough damage. If you just suspend it businesses aren’t going to go hiring, so you’ll win the election cycle as well. Then with real majorities in both chambers and the Presidency use the Commerce Clause to fix healthcare and encourage a national free market in all things.

Defang the executive agencies and voila, we’re booming again. Then you can reform welfare in a permanent sense, blocking teen moms from ever receiving welfare, but encouraging adoption along with a healthy dose of 5 year prophylactic and a money bonus upon receiving a GED and turning 21 without a further pregnancy.

Strong outreach to the black community, along with the creation of Economic Opportunity Zones right in the heart of Dem controlled urban areas and you have a majority for generations.

Secure the border, improve legal immigration and put forward an Amendment to end birthright citizenship, eliminate the VRA and it’s morning in America!

Suspending it requires either legislation from Congress signed by Obama, or an illegal order from Obama himself to suspend it.

You say to suspend it would hurt obamacare more than defunding it would. But our Founders gave the power to defund to the House of Representatives in order to reign in an out-of-control Executive. Exactly what we have now. The power of the purse IS powerful, but not if it isn’t attempted

But that claim aside, you assume it can be suspended by a wave of a magic wand, or what?
